Welcome to CARVC – The Carolinas Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds!
Membership is available to privately owned campgrounds or RV parks open to the public and licensed for operation in North Carolina and South Carolina. As a trade association, CARVC does not inspect, regulate, or rate its members, but we do encourage high operational standards and quality customer service. We accommodate both large and small campgrounds, and our dues structure is based on the number of licensed RV sites at your park.
Supplier membership is also extended to vendors doing business in the outdoor hospitality industry. We encourage our park operators to consider those suppliers that are dedicated members of our association when making their purchasing decisions. Supplier support goes a long way to adding strength and recognition to the hospitality industry, as well as increasing CARVC’s ability to represent the interests of park operators.

Campground Dues Tier (annual):
Campground dues are based in the # of total sites in your park (including on-site rental units).
- Parks up to 50 sites:Â $273.56
- Base rate of $198.46 (no per-site rate)
- Add flat rate of $75.00
- Parks with 51-547 sites (see calculation below):
- Base rate of $207.04
- Add flat rate of $75.00
- Per site rate of $3.45 - for sites 51-547Â
(subtract 50 from total sites, multiply adjusted site # by $3.45. Add $ amount to base & flat rates)
- Parks with 548 or more sites:
- Flat rate of $1,925.40 (no per-site rate)
